of pears with juice.
drained

yams
drained

15 oz can
carrots
drained

red beets
with juice

pumpkin puree
NOT pie filling!

red wine vinegar

Italian seasoning

tamarind paste

grated horseradish

tsp
minced lemon grass

minced fennel bulb

truffle zest

black pepper

annato powder

capers and juice
blended
Instructions
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth!
Pour into a pot on low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Freeze in plastic baggies laid flat. When you want to use it, just thaw it in the fridge.
