Featherlight Flour BlendCourse: Flour & BlendsCuisine: Ingredient
A fabulous gluten free all purpose flour blend for baking desserts.
3 cups superfine rice flour
3 cups tapioca starch
3 cups arrowroot starch
3 tablespoons sweet potato flour (not starch)
- Please measure flour by spooning flour into a measuring cup and then leveling the flour with a flat edge. (this is not exact; but will yield a better result.
- Combine all and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Weighing is the best method; but I personally don’t have the ‘spoons’ for that most days.
