Featherlight Flour Blend

Do you know how hard it is to find a commercial flour blend that doesn’t contain corn, coconut, or potato? Don’t worry, I’ll still be here when you finish searching…

When you give up; I have this blend waiting (and don’t worry, it’s not super crazy!)

Featherlight Flour Blend

Course: Flour & BlendsCuisine: Ingredient

A fabulous gluten free all purpose flour blend for baking desserts.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups superfine rice flour

  • 3 cups tapioca starch

  • 3 cups arrowroot starch

  • 3 tablespoons sweet potato flour (not starch)

Instructions

  • Please measure flour by spooning flour into a measuring cup and then leveling the flour with a flat edge. (this is not exact; but will yield a better result.
  • Combine all and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Weighing is the best method; but I personally don’t have the ‘spoons’ for that most days.
